Which materials can your slitting rewinding machines process?+
Paper, BOPP and polyester film, LD/PP/HDPE film, stretch and cling film, PVC film, aluminium, pharma and blister foil, kraft, thermal and butter paper, laminates, non-woven fabric and pouch material.
Can the machine be customised to my web width and speed?+
Yes. Standard widths range from 300 mm to 2500 mm, and speed, motor rating, core size, drives and automation are configured to your material and daily output. High-speed 3/4-drive systems up to 300 MPM are available.
Do you provide installation and operator training?+
Yes. Our technicians install and commission the machine at your factory and train your operators before handover.
Do you deliver outside Gujarat?+
Yes. We supply machines across India by road, and can arrange air or sea shipment on request.
What optional upgrades are available?+
Air shafts on unwind and rewind, hydraulic or electronic web (edge) guiding, pneumatic brakes, automatic tension control, timing-belt drives, inkjet batch coders and inspection tables.
